3. Vehicle Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Vehicle availability may vary by location. Final pricing will be confirmed at our showroom and includes applicable GST and registration fees. VoltEdge Motors reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.

4. Test Drive Bookings

Test drive bookings are subject to vehicle and slot availability. A valid Indian driver's licence is mandatory. VoltEdge Motors may refuse a test drive at its discretion. Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the test drive beyond normal wear.

5. Purchase Agreements

Vehicle purchases are governed by a separate Sale Agreement signed at the time of booking. A non-refundable booking amount may be required. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturer constraints or logistics factors beyond our control.

6. Financing

Financing is subject to credit approval by our partner financial institutions. VoltEdge Motors acts as a facilitator and is not a lender. Interest rates and terms are determined solely by the lending institution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of VoltEdge Motors or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltEdge Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
